A Studio rooted in material innovation
Alufoam Furniture is a Budapest-based design studio defining a new direction in contemporary interiors. As the first studio to apply foamed aluminium to high-end storage furniture, the work introduces a material language rarely explored in this context.
Each piece is handcrafted, balancing precision with the natural unpredictability of the material. The result is a distinct aesthetic, minimal in form, yet rich in texture, where surfaces carry depth, character, and a quiet sense of presence.
Designed as statement, not utility
The studio focuses on console cabinets conceived as statement pieces, objects placed not out of necessity, but with intention. Designed for entrances, corridors, and overlooked corners, they create moments within a space rather than simply serving it.
Through the combination of foamed aluminium, brass, and wood, each piece introduces a new visual language. For interior designers and project owners, this offers an opportunity to define atmosphere through a single, carefully chosen object.
